If you always bad mouth about your previous boss or company, if you are going to complain and criticize something, Stop it. Nobody likes a complainer. Complainer will create office politics, spreading rumors and share the gossips among colleagues.

Have you ever think that:“ Will HR look at my social media accounts?” Yes, we will. Social Media has become a great platform for recruitment now. Employers have researched shortlisted candidate on their social media especially Facebook. Usually candidates get rejections due to they regularly posting inappropriate content, spreading negatively, sharing some sensitive issues and etc.
- Reference Check
Do you know that the comment from your previous employer can decide your job offer? Bad review from former bosses such as personality problem, attendance issue, poor job performance, no proper handover will cause failure for interview. Sometimes, we found that candidate lied on their resume throughout reference check.
